INCLUDES MICRO PLATES / FITS OLYMPIC WEIGHTS - The Tennis Elbow Mace (Olympic) is sized for Olympic 2" hole diameter weights and includes 6 wooden micro plates that weigh approximately 1.5lbs total (4.2 ounces each) for adjustable loading. Because of the rotational aspect of mace exercises, most users will not need to add additional weights while healing elbow pain. Larger, stronger athletes may need to add 2.5 to 5 lbs. of additional load as they progress and get stronger to continue to challenge themselves and build muscle and strength.
