Our favorite way to wear them is anywhere, bezel-set in gold. 

These beauties are accompanied by bezel-set round brilliant blue diamonds, and 14k chain links which drop down to the tourmalines; the links allow maximum movement while the elongated proportions of the stones retain maximum elegance.
