Tasting Notes

Baldoria Rosé has an herbal backbone, notes of orange zest, and a toe firmly on that elusive yet essential line between dry and sweet. Baldoria Rosé is delicious fresh with a good dose of grapefruit juice and your favorite sparkling water; or if you prefer, perfect on its own with your favorite tonic.

Suggested Serves

• Most simply, just pour over ice, top off with tonic, and sip with pleasure
• To make the Rosé Spritz All Day, fill a large wine glass with ice, add 2 parts Baldoria Rosé, 3 parts sparkling wine, and top it off with a splash of soda water. \
• Enjoy an Orange Negroni, with equal parts Baldoria Bitter, Baldoria Orange, and the gin of your choice
• Add a splash of Baldoria Rosé to a peach tart, brush over grilled figs, or splash into caramelized onions to deglaze the pan and add an extra layer of flavor

Production Notes

Every Baldoria expression uses as its foundation a high-quality wine carefully selected to complement the botanical profile of the vermouth. The botanicals themselves are prepared using fresh herbs, plants, and flowers that are either harvested in the Alps or grown in the 10 acres surrounding the Italian distillery.
