1) Helium-inflation (& tied with Balloon String) allow balloon to float.

Foil balloon:

Floating time is about 3-5 days for indoor ; 24 hours for outdoor. (Depending on weather condition/temperature and how balloons are being handled and transported)

24'' bubble balloon:

2-7 days at least.Typically it can last for few weeks but the wording will peel off as the helium comes off.

Latex balloon:

Floating time is about 8 -10 hours for indoor ; 4-6hours for outdoor. (Depending on weather condition/temperature and how balloons are being handled and transported)

Long ribbon will be tied to the balloon and balloon weights is provided to hold the balloon down
