Tussen de kronkelende takken van Mistwood zijn vele geheimen verborgen. De monniken van Mistwood hebben de verhalen over helden uit het verleden en heden vastgelegd, inclusief de verhalen over Corrin Evertail, de oprichter van Everdell, en andere legendarische figuren uit het verleden van de smaragdgroene vallei. Elk seizoen helpen de monniken om de eerlijke burgers van de vallei te bewaken en te hoeden.

Maar dieper in het bos wacht een mysterieuze dreiging geduldig af, sinistere complotten en plannen smedend… Zal de mooie vallei de overname door de slimme spin Nightweave en haar leger spinnen overleven?

Mistwood bevat spelmateriaal dat je kunt toevoegen als je Everdell met of zonder andere uitbreidingen speelt. Daarnaast bevat Mistwood de uitdagende nieuwe solo- en 2-spelers variant Nightweaves Schuilplaats.
