De wijn verblijft vervolgens nog langdurig op zijn lie: de dode en uitgewerkte gistcelletjes die voor afgifte van nog meer prachtige aroma's in de wijn zorgen.

De wijn is met zijn geur en smaak van lychee, honing en rozenblaadjes zeer herkenbaar als gewürztraminer. Door zijn milde smaak, specerijen, mooi ronde structuur met aangename zuurgraad en volle lengte is deze wijn bijzonder geschikt als begeleidend glas van sterk ruikende loopkazen en blauwschimmels, zoetzuur Chinees eten, curry's, kip tandoori en diverse andere exotische gerechten. Drinken binnen zes jaar na de oogst.

KLIMAAT & TERROIR: Wijngaarden gelegen in de Haut-Rhin, het zuidelijk deel van de Elzas, rond het plaatsje Bergheim. De bodems bestaan hier uit kalk, mergel en gips.
VINIFICATIE: Op RVS tanks met aansluitend rijping op de ‘lie’.
DRUIVEN: gewürztraminer (100%)
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 14,00%
GEUR & SMAAK: Typische aroma’s van lychee, honing en rozenblaadjes. Een ronde smaak met een hint van specerijen.
SERVEERSUGGESTIE: Sterke kazen en blauwschimmels, zoetzuur oriëntaals eten, curry's & kip tandoori.

I’ve had a hard time trying to find toys that my dog, Zara loves because she’s actually very picky. The cactus arms have stuffing and of course that’s the first thing she went for and ate. I had to watch her and make sure I took the stuffing away before she ate it. And before I knew it, she ate half of the first layer fabric lol once she got through the first layer, all she’s been doing is walking around the house with the toy in her mouth. But now she’s tired and passed out on the couch from all of the fun. This toy won’t last long with a toy destroyer but it sure does give them something to do and it’s a cute toy. I do recommend!!
