4 tabletjes per dag gedurende het hele jaar voor kinderen van 1 tot 4 jaar. Kinderen vanaf 4 jaar die weinig buiten komen of met een donkere huidskleur: 4 tabletjes per dag gedurende het hele jaar.De tabletjes kunnen direct doorgeslikt worden, maar zijn ook gemakkelijk te kauwen of kunnen met de voeding vermengd worden
