Al naso è erbaceo e floreale, con note di nespola e un accento minerale. In bocca ha grande freschezza e un bel equilibrio tra morbidezza e acidità.Un tipico bianco del Friuli, la Ribolla Gialla, viene presentato dalla cantina I Feudi di Romans con una versione molto fresca e armonica, frutto della perfetta relazione fra vitigno e territorio. Le uve, accuratamente selezionate, fermentano in acciaio per 9 giorni alla temperatura di 18 °C, per poi proseguire ad affinare sui propri lieviti, sempre in acciaio, per circa 3 mesi. Un Friuli vino a cui non si può davvero dire di no!
Fiori di zucca ripieni fritti, creme di verdure, frittura di gamberi. Perfetta come aperitivo.
