Rosso rubino intenso e nobile il colore. Presenta al naso eleganti sentori fruttati, di ciliegie, amarene, ribes nero, more e mirtilli, che sono arricchiti da toni terziari di spezie, caffè, liquirizia e rovere. Morbido, lussureggiante e persistente lassaggio, espressivo nel frutto e setoso nei tannini. Lunga la persistenza e profonda la chiusura.È il secondo vino di Ornellaia, prodotto per la prima volta nel 1997. Il Bolgheri Rosso DOC Le Serre Nuove dellOrnellaia, di Ornellaia, è in grado di abbinare limpronta qualitativa e stilistica del vino simbolo dellazienda, a caratteristiche di freschezza, morbidezza ed equilibrio. Viene lasciato maturare in barrique a temperatura controllata per un periodo di circa 15 mesi, prima mantenendo separati gli uvaggi per un anno, poi assemblando la cuvée e continuando linvecchiamento per altri 3 mesi. Si completa con un riposo in bottiglia di ulteriori sei mesi, che precedono la messa in commercio. Si esprime su eccellenti livelli qualitativi e, rispetto al suo fratello maggiore SuperTuscan, tra le altre cose, differisce per essere ottenuto da uve raccolte in vigneti più giovani, che regalano comunque frutti superbi in grado di far nascere vini altrettanto favolosi.
Perfetto in abbinamento alle seconde preparazioni della cucina di terra, si sposa egregiamente con pietanze a base di pollame nobile o cacciagione da piuma. Da provare con la gallina al vino rosso.

Great information!!! Erin answered alot of questions I had about MTR. I was able to implement some things she had recommended in her book. No joke, I got my first tenant the following weekend. I still have some questions about minor things but vía her you tube channel I know I will find the answer. One more thing, she will send you a copy of the lease she uses and the welcome letter she provides her tenant if you send her a picture of the book to her email. That helped a lot! I recommend this book. Go get your copy. Worth it!!!!!

I really enjoyed Erin's podcast on YouTube and wanted to be able to look up the information she was sharing. The book had large enough print for easy ready, clear chapters and direct points. Looking forward to using it as a reference.

I am new to midterm renting but this book has been extremely enlightening. It has given me the needed confidence to pursue midterm rentals. I came into this thinking just of traveling nurses but Erin helped me see the broader picture. This is a great resource for anyone considering getting into property investment, particularly midterm or even short term rental. Her advice is practical as well as entertaining.

Erin's book was a lifesaver.

Erin's book was a lifesaver. We couldn't sell our house so we decided to Midterm rent it. The book covers all the essentials and most importantly makes you think that you can do this. After reading the book and listening to her youtube channel, I booked a consulting call with Erin and it was fantastic. Erin is well worth taking advice from.
