Ottenuto da uve perfettamente mature dal vigneto Cantanghel, a Civezzano, questo rosso colpisce fin dal primo istante per eleganza e complessità di profumi e sapori. Le fasi di lavorazione prevedono una fermentazione in tini di rovere a temperatura controllata, svinatura in acciaio e maturazione in barriques per 12 mesi.
Ottimo per accompagnare preparazioni a base di carne rossa e selvaggina, ottimo con filetto alle prugne o tagliata di manzo ai finferli.
