Olivia Rodrigo’s langverwachte derde studioalbum, ‘you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love’, volgt op haar veelgeprezen LP's GUTS en SOUR. De drievoudig GRAMMY-winnares brengt het album uit op 12 juni 2026.

Het album markeert een stilistische breuk met het poprock-geluid en de uit één woord bestaande titels van vier letters van haar eerste twee albums. Voor ‘you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love’ werkt Rodrigo opnieuw samen met haar vaste partner Dan Nigro, die terugkeert als producent. Het album is geïnspireerd op Rodrigo's tijd in Londen en ze gaf aan dat dit haar meest experimentele werk tot nu toe wordt.
