Omdat u de volledige lengte van 20 cm kunt benutten, kunt u ook verschillende technieken hanteren, zowel om vlees of vis te versnijden als om groenten fijn te hakken of kruiden te versnipperen. Net zoals bij alle andere messen uit deze reeks is dit lemmet vervaardigd uit één stuk staal dat specifiek voor ZWILLING gecreëerd werd en bijzonder robuust én corrosiebestendig is. Dankzij het wigvormige lemmet en de gladde, fijn geslepen snijrand versnijdt u zowel harde als zachte ingrediënten ultranauwkeurig. De greep van dit koksmes is gemaakt van duurzaam plastic. Door de uitstekende balans tussen greep en lemmet ligt dit mes goed in de hand, en dankzij het zware, vlijmscherpe lemmet hoeft u niet zoveel kracht meer te zetten. De overgang tussen lemmet en greep is bovendien volledig naadloos, en de drie klinknagels geven het geheel een klassieke uitstraling. I spent more days than I am comfortable sharing with you pouring over processes and background apps, and registry trims…before Accam’s Razor suggested I eliminate the mouse as a variable. Changing the battery was ineffective, but when I swapped in the ooold Logitech…Yahtzee/Bingo/Booyah…smooth and precise…butter! All I needed was a new Logitech mouse. So, if you’re here you likely are having mouse issues of your own, or you just need one that works…this is it! 😉
