Dalem) die hier het levenswerk van haar vader voortzet.  La Huste is een elegante en soepele wijn. Met onmiddellijk intens veel fruitplezier. De productie is relatief klein en de vinificatie gebeurt met dezelfde precisie als op Chateau Dalem. Chateau La Huste is dus vlotter toegankelijk en is hierdoor een ideale wijn voor elke dag.
