Giallo paglierino tenue, al naso esprime belle note floreali e appena fruttate. In bocca è deciso, di buona acidità e freschezza, ricco e moderatamente strutturato. Da bere.Uno chardonnay targato Côte-dOr e più specificatamente Meursault, Puligny e Chassagne. Vigneti che insieme ad un piccolo contributo dalla Côte Chalonnaise formano un grande vino di ingresso alla Borgogna ed i suoi Villages. Il Bourgogne Blanc Cuvée Latour di Louis Latour è un bianco vinificato e lasciato maturare in solo acciaio elegante e disteso, di grande equilibrio e stoffa.
Anche come aperitivo, la Cuvée Latour ben si abbina a primi piatti a base di pasta, non eccessivamente ricchi. Ottimo su gnocchi e paste ripiene.

Nice Coat Not So Great Packaging

Nice coat but packaging needs to be improved. It arrived not properly folded and as a result it was completely wrinkled. Took some work to iron so it looked as advertised. Packaging for such things has to be reviewed.
