De laatste jaren heeft de familie Pasqua veel geïnvesteerd in zowel wijngaarden als in de moderne Winery. Dat vertaald zich ook in deze rode wijn want wat is hij zacht en vol te noemen. Na een lang rijpinsproces waarbij de zon zijn werk heeft kunnen doen, worden de druiven met de hand binnen gehaald en zeer streng geselecteerd. Alleen de beste trossen worden geplukt en in kleine kratjes gedaan om schade te voorkomen. Na de zachte persing krijgt de wijn voldoende rust op de fles. Want de Valpolicella wijn rijpt ongeveer 3 maanden in de kelders van Pasqua. Wat een feest is het!Hoe smaakt de Pasqua Valpolicella?
De geur is perfect in balans, rijpe geuren van zwart fruit met kleine indrukken van noten en iets van leder. De smaak van deze Pasqua Valpolicella is een plaatje, vol en krachtig met de juiste "bite". Mooie smaken van bramen, bessen, kruiden en lichte nuances van leder, gebrande noten en chocolade. Deze Pasqua Valpolicella is natuurlijk heerlijk als avond wijn maar hij is ook goed te combineren met gerechten zoals geroosterd vlees, bbq, gourmet avondjes en harde kazen. Get Them Excited to READ

I bought this book for my daughter's 8th birthday. She reads on a mid-third grade level and I needed some chapter books that would hold her interest. She is big on starting books but they "bore" her and don't hold her attention for 100 pages of text. I thought I'd buy her a couple of "starter" books so if she liked them we could continue the series.
She is really into Monster High right now so I thought this series might interest her. I was right. She has told me daily how much she enjoys this books and actually looks forward to her 20 minute reading time both at home and at school. Every night during bath time she tells me what she read that day.
As a book lover I am so excited to see her finally showing some interest in reading! I knew if I found the right material I could get her hooked.

... 8 year old son is having a lot of fun with this book

My 8 year old son is having a lot of fun with this book. It has a good balance of illustration and text. He has struggled to read and is considered average for his age. We have tried to get him interested in a series and have purchased many other books. Since reading Haunted library #1 he has requested the next book in the series. He also likes the Yeti files and is waiting on pins and needles for the next in that series to be released. It is such a relief to finally get him excited about reading!

Engaging

We love this entire series. We had read book 3 first & my 8 year old loved it so much we bought the rest of the series. There’s enough of a cliffhanger that you want to know who he finds next in his family.
