Het werkvlak is voor een A4-blad of iets groter. Zeer geschikt voor het overtrekken van afbeeldingen, tekeningen, schetsen en foto's. Deze lightbox wordt veel gebruikt door illustratoren, ontwerpers, tattoo artist handwerken en meer. De Wafer lichtbox is gemakkelijk mee te nemen omdat hij slechts 8mm dik is zeer licht in gewicht. Deze lichtbox levert een zeer gelijkmatige belichting van rand tot rand door het gebruik van dimbare hoge kwaliteits-LED's. Doordat deze lichtbak van Daylight Company te dimmen is, werkt het prettig s 'avonds maar ook bij vel zonlicht overdag. Er ontstaat vrijwel geen warmte en heeft een laag energieverbruik. De Wafer heeft op twee zijden een centimeter- en inchverdeling. Compleet met een adapter (kabellengte 180cm). De LED's gaan zeer lang mee (+/- 40.000 branduren)
