I want to start by saying there is absolutely nothing wrong with this pillow—it’s well made, good quality, and exactly as described. The adjustable shredded memory foam design and cooling features will likely work well for many people. That said, it just wasn’t a good fit for me personally. Right away, I noticed that the shredded memory foam pieces are fairly large and dense, which made the pillow feel heavier than I expected. If you prefer a more supportive, denser pillow, this could be a good option. But if you’re looking for something lightweight and breathable, this may not be the best choice. Overall, it’s a quality product—just not the right match for my comfort preferences.
