Het kruidenmes uit de gesmede 1905-serie is dankzij zijn ronde vorm en de gebogen snede perfect voor het snijden van de meest uiteenlopende kruiden. Maar ook voor het breken van Parmezaanse kaas is het dankzij de amandelvormige punt als gegoten. De 1905-serie valt op het eerste gezicht op door haar exclusief-klassieke design. De massieve greep, die in 1905 voor het eerst door Friedr. Dick werd vervaardigd, is tot op de dag van vandaag consequent en met een bijzondere uitstraling verder ontwikkeld. De gelijkmatige stalen ringen worden bijvoorbeeld door een uniek proces onlosmakelijk met de kunststofringen verbonden. Dat garandeert het hoogste hygiëneniveau en uitstekende kwaliteit en functionaliteit. Alle messen uit de serie zijn optimaal uitgebalanceerd en lopen taps toe naar de punt. De lemmeten zijn vervaardigd uit Duits roestvrij staal en slank geslepen. De hardheid van de dynamische, scherpe snede bedraagt 56° HRC en garandeert enerzijds een langdurige scherpte, maar maakt anderzijds eenvoudig naslijpen mogelijk.

These style is also depicted as a beige and black color pattern, they are more of a light mauve color out of the packaging. Took a steamer to them to get the wrinkles out. Suitable for tall girls ( I am 5'9 ) and wearing them with 3 in wedge. They are cute - dressy enough for a business casual office setting or a date night. Probably not the best for hot humid weather as they are not breathable.
