Een prachtige Riesling direct uit de Duitse Moezelstreek, waar de naam van de wijn verwijst naar de steile wijngaard 'Cochemer Sonnenberg'. Ideaal voor wie van een subtiel zoetje en een verfrissende afdronk houdt!

Deze wijn is gemaakt van de populaire Riesling druif, geliefd om zijn frisse zuren en fruitige aroma's. De vinificatie, waarbij de druiven na het ontstelen zes uur op de schil weken, geeft de wijn extra diepgang en karakter. Daarna wordt het sap zacht geperst en vergist in roestvrijstalen tanks. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de pure, frisse tonen van de Riesling bewaard blijven.

De Kloster Ebernach Riesling is net wat voller en complexer dan een 'gewone' Riesling. De term 'Kabinett Feinherb' betekent dat de wijn een klein, elegant zoetje heeft dat perfect in balans is met de frisse zuren. Dit maakt hem heerlijk om zo te drinken, maar ook een fijne partner voor gerechten met een licht zoete toets, zoals Aziatische maaltijden of een frisse salade met fruit.
