Joey had been using the Broken Arrow but said he was not really a Tube Screamer player and wondered if the team could make him a pedal that had the same architecture as the Broken Arrow, but was instead based on a Bluesbreaker or King of Tone type circuit. The Golden Boy is the result of that conversation. Because the Golden Boy is based on the Bluesbreaker/King of Tone circuit, the resulting tone is very open, uncompressed and transparent sounding. As odd as it may seem, Brad Jackson had never played a Bluesbreaker circuit before he played the prototype of the Golden Boy and he was floored! The Golden Boy with a Strat and a Fender amp is straight up John Mayer! Brad now gets why so many people love this circuit. It sits in the mix perfectly and while it adds overdrive and grit, your guitar still sounds like your guitar! Where the Golden Boy differs from other Bluesbreaker type circuits is that its overdrive has the ability to run much higher gain. This higher gain coupled with the MOSFET boost, the clipping diode options in the overdrive circuit, the gain cycling feature developed by Jakson Audio are what makes the Golden Boy the most versatile and flexible transparent overdrive ever made! Does not stain! Great body oil
It’s soooo light weight and easy to apply, you don’t need tons of it to get a nice result. It’s not very oily nor greasy at all. It DOES NOT STAIN!!!! I love that, it moisturized my skin so well, it looks so pretty and natural but I’m going to mention that the scent is a little weird, not bad but like I was expecting to smell like vanilla but it’s not vanilla… it’s something else but is ok because it’s not strong or unpleasant.

Smells so good and very moisturizing and not sticky
It smells so good! It’s also pretty glittery and sparkly. I’m usually not a fan of using body oil because I don’t like the stickiness of it on my body, but this body oil is very good! I’ve been mixing this body oil with my regular non-scented lotion(cerave moisturizing cream) after I shower before bed. Though by the time I wake up the next morning, the scent is gone. It’s not necessarily a bad thing since the scent can be a little bit strong when first applied, but overall it’s not too overwhelming and it’s perfect! I really enjoy using this body oil gel!

Teaaa Baby
This shimmer gel oil is teaaaa on your body. It smells good when combined with a cologne of your choice. It’s non-greasy, moisturizes the skin good and of course gives you that glow on your body needs. You must buy this.

I was DISAPPOINTED
I was very excited to try this bc of the shimmer and glow and bc I’m a vanilla scent girly and I was disappointed bc it didn’t smell anything like vanilla However, I like the smooth body gel feel it wasn’t heavy and thick so that was a plus for me My bottle wasn’t wrapped or taped to prevent leaking bc when I removed it from the package I could tell something happened because there was no leaking in the bag it was just on the top where you squeeze it and almost 2 inches was gone from the bottle so I was disappointed bc the bottle is small anyways and for the price I want a full bottle bc normally when I order lotions or body creams they’re packaged with some extra care and this package wasn’t 😔

Love this subtle shimmer rose bronze very moisturizing &thicker
Beautiful color shimmer & sleek shine. Can be subtle or apply more to get a oil look. Smells a little bit like coconut which I don't love if Im wearing perfume. Its a beautiful bronzey pink subtle shimmer. Not glitter & reapply to be a oiled goddess. Works perfectly on my light-med skin tone. Definitely a great summer find. And it is moisturizing & a pretty sheen.
