Smaakbeleving: Een frisse smaak met bittere citrusaroma's, gelaagd met de bloemige noten van rozenbottel en bergamot citrus, aardse kruidenondertonen van rozemarijn en complexe lagen olijf. De afdronk is bitter en droog met houtachtige noten van quassia, altijd in balans door kruidachtige rozemarijn, aanhoudende citrus en een licht hartige ondertoon van olijf die tot het einde doorschijnt.

Culinair: 'Aegean Sky' is zorgvuldig gedistilleerd en vervaardigd met behulp van 6 botanische kerndestillaten en nog eens 6 natuurlijke smaken, die allemaal met de hand zijn geplukt om de levendige mediterrane kustlijnen van de Egeïsche Zee te laten proeven. Dit smaaakprofiel doet denken aan de regio's fijnste citrus- en olijfboomgaarden en daardoor uitermate geschikt voor visgerechten mediterraanse stijl.
