Al naso esprime sentori di frutta rossa surmatura, fiori e note speziate tipiche del passaggio in legno. In bocca un rimbalzo tra le morbidezza e le durezze, con una buona freschezza e tannini vispi. Molto profondo e persistente. Un blend di due variet tipiche della zona, la cui vendemmia avviene nella prima decade di ottobre e che vengono vinificate in maniera tradizionale, con un lungo affinamento in
Rosso rubino intenso, carico e brillante. Al naso esprime sentori di frutta rossa surmatura, fiori e note speziate tipiche del passaggio in legno. In bocca è un rimbalzo tra le morbidezza e le durezze, con una buona freschezza e tannini vispi. Molto profondo e persistente.Un blend di due varietà tipiche della zona, la cui vendemmia avviene nella prima decade di ottobre e che vengono vinificate in maniera tradizionale, con un lungo affinamento in barrique di rovere francese per circa 16 mesi. Il Rosso Piceno Superiore DOC "Podere 72" dei Poderi San Lazzaro è un vino a tutto tondo, giocato su un apparente contrasto tra eleganza e rusticità.
Un vino di questo tipo richiede piatti succulenti, come carni rosse alla griglia o stufate. Ottimo anche con formaggi stagionati.
