Sartori Amarone Della Valpolicella Corte BraDe druiven voor deze wijn zijn afkomstig van het Corte Br wijngoed, gelegen in Valpolicella Classico in de heuvels ten noorden van Verona, met de voor het gebied typerende mergelbodem. Na de oogst worden alleen de mooiste druiven 3 4 maanden te drogen gelegd in speciale, goed geventileerde droogkamers. Dan volgt een tweede selectie en worden de beste druiven vergist. De vergisting, in roestvrijstalen tanks, verloopt langzaam en duurt zeker een maand.

De druiven voor deze wijn zijn afkomstig van het Corte Brà-wijngoed, gelegen in Valpolicella Classico in de heuvels ten noorden van Verona, met de voor het gebied typerende mergelbodem.

Na de oogst worden alleen de mooiste druiven 3-4 maanden te drogen gelegd in speciale, goed geventileerde droogkamers. Dan volgt een tweede selectie en worden de beste druiven vergist.

De vergisting, in roestvrijstalen tanks, verloopt langzaam en duurt zeker een maand. De jonge wijn wordt, nadat men hem heeft laten aflopen, overgebracht naar betonnen tanks waar de appel-melkzure vergisting plaats vindt.

Dan rijpt de wijn 4 jaar op barrique en op middelgrote eikenhouten vaten. Na botteling rijpt de wijn minstens 6 maanden verder op fles.
