Deze digitale weegschaal 'Dual Platform' van Ooni is gemaakt van zwart kunststof met twee roestvrijstalen weegplatforms. Het grote platform is bedoeld voor grotere hoeveelheden met een precisie van 1 gram en een maximum van 10 kilo. Het kleine platform weegt 0.10 gram precies met een maximum van 200 gram. Hierdoor is de weegschaal multifunctioneel, omdat hij gebruikt kan worden voor zowel het afwegen van pizzabloem als het afwegen van kleine hoeveelheden gist. De waarden zijn gelijktijdig zichtbaar op het dual lcd display. Het display is duidelijk af te lezen en de weegschaal is eenvoudig te bedienen.
