Gebruik
1. Doe één à twee eetlepels zaad in een weckpot, en voeg ruim lauw/warm water toe. [Elke glazen pot is geschikt, mits deze groot genoeg is (min. 1½ liter) en de hals zich niet (te veel) vernauwd.]2. Bevestig middels een stevig (postbode)elastiek een kunststof of glasfiber horrengaasje op de pot. Bij voorkeur géén aluminium horrengaas gebruiken want dit is soms behandeld tegen insecten.3. Giet het water na de aangegeven inweektijd¹ af, spoel het zaad, en giet wederom het water af.4. Zet de pot bij kamertemperatuur schuin omgekeerd weg in een vergiet, rekje of bakje zodat het overtollige water kan weglopen.[Het is belangrijk dat al het water kan weglopen, het water dat aan de kiemen blijft hangen is voldoende om het kiemproces in gang te houden. Tevens is het belangrijk dat het zaad/de kiemen niet het gehele gaasje bedekt/bedekken. Voor een goed resultaat is het van groot belang dat er voldoende luchttoevoer is. Verdeel daarom na elke spoelbeurt het zaad/de kiemen over de lengte van de pot.]Zet de pot met zaad/kiemen niet op de verwarming of in de volle zon!5. Spoel het zaad/de kiemen gedurende de aangegeven kweekduur² ± 3 maal per dag, en zet de pot daarna steeds schuin omgekeerd weg.6. Laat de kiemen in de pot (schuin omgekeerd) na de allerlaatste spoelbeurt* bij kamertemperatuur minimaal 18 uur drooggroeien alvorens ze te consumeren en/of in de koelkast te zetten.* Desgewenst kan de laatste spoelbeurt worden vervangen door een ‘washandeling’ om de kiemen van pelletjes te ontdoen:-Vul een teiltje o.i.d. tot de rand met lauw/warm water.-Doe hierin de kiemen, en ‘was’ de kiemen los.-Room de pelletjes af door ze over de rand van het teiltje te ‘wuiven’.-Schep de kiemen met de hand uit het water, en doe ze terug in de pot.-Bevestig wederom het gaasje, zet de pot schuin omgekeerd weg, en laat bij kamertemperatuur minimaal 18 uur drooggroeien.Overgebleven kiemen gekoeld (max. 7°C) en afgesloten (niet luchtdicht) bewaren.¹ Inweektijd: ± 6 uur* Kweekduur: ± 5 dagen

Step In Look Good

I am wearing these shoes as I write this review, and they look and feel great. I have a bit of a disability with drop foot on the right leg and bilateral neuropathy and have been wearing step in shoes for about 10 years. But the first company that introduced leather dress and casual shoes stopped making them and now only makes sport and casual shoes. So I have been searching for some that meet my need for shoes like this and this company has given me three pairs, so far. Easy to get into, comfortable to wear, and good looking. And they take polish very well, too. (Remember how to do that?). We may buy another pair or two in different styles as well.
