La parcella ha un'età media di 30 anni ed è condotta secondo criteri biodinamici. La vendemmia del Vouvray Sec "Le Clos du Bourg" del Domaine Huet è manuale e la vinificazione tradizionale.
Questo Chenin Blanc si sposa alla perfezione con piatti di pesce in preparazioni raffinate e delicate, crostacei grandi e frutti di mare. Sublime con l'aragosta o con le capesante.

Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.
