Momenteel is Domaine Paul Mas zelfs een van de grootste en bekendste wijnbedrijven van Frankrijk zonder hierbij de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen. Met ruim 600 hectare aan eigen wijngaarden en daarbij nog eens 1312 hectare wijngaarden aan gecontracteerde wijnboeren, is er voor iedere druif wel de juiste plek om op te groeien. Door deze diversiteit aan wijngaarden, locaties en aanplantingen is Domaine Paul Mas in staat om een breed scala aan de mooiste wijnen voor aangename prijzen te produceren. De wijngaarden voor deze Clos des Mures zijn gelegen rondom het prachtige dorpje Pezènas. De bodem waarop de Grenache Noir, Mourvedere en Syrah zijn aangeplant bevat klei, kalk en leisteen waartussen veel fossielen zitten. De wijnstokken van de Syrah zijn tussen de 30 en 50 jaar oud. De Grenache noir stokken zijn 50 jaar oud en de mourvedre stokken zijn 17 jaar oud. De druiven worden bij de juiste rijpheid met de hand geoogst. Na de oogst worden de druiven ontsteelt en elk ras wordt apart gevinifieerd. 40% van de uiteindelijke blend heeft een malolactische vergisting ondergaan in Franse eikenhouten vaten. Het overige deel wordt na de malolactische vergisting 10 maanden gerijpt op vaten van Frans eikenhout. Het geweldige resultaat is dan ook een aanwinst in ons assortiment.Een plaatje van een rode wijn
U kunt zich voorstellen dat deze Clos des Mures van Chateau Paul Mas een plaatje van een wijn is. De prachtige diepe paars rode kleur met een haast zwarte omranding doen al veel goeds vermoeden. In de geur heeft deze rode wijn aroma's van rode bessen, cassis viooltjes, cacao en koffie met onderliggende kruidige en getoaste tonen. Powerful vortex of blending…

Too powerful!! I use a handheld frother for mixing coffee/lattes, and when my last one died, I read extensive reviews to find a new one. I liked that this one had a stand, and three speed settings seemed like plenty; unfortunately, this frother is unusable even at the lowest speed for mugs that are more than 50% full, my goodness - it created a coffee vortex with walls so high it looked like a massacre within seconds. We’re absolutely keeping it, now my husband can make whipped cream in seconds, but now I’m shopping for a weaker version, and we’ll be a two-frother household.

Love the charging stand!

Love that this comes on a stand instead for charging of that wobbly wire stand.
Very powerful so be careful when you’re stirring your coffee. Use it on low and keep it on the bottom of the cup.
So far it works great I bought an extra for a family member.

This rechargeable milk frother works really well. I love that it comes with three detachable stainless steel whisks — it makes it easy to switch between frothing milk, mixing drinks, or lightly whisking other ingredients. The three speed settings are great depending on what you’re making, and it has plenty of power without being too noisy. The rechargeable feature is a big plus since I don’t have to keep replacing batteries and it works for many mixes before having to charge it. It’s comfortable to hold, easy to clean, and works quickly. Overall, it’s a great little kitchen tool and feels well made. I did unfortunately put the handle in my sink and it got too wet (not submerged) and did not work and I had to order another one. So be careful not to get the handle too wet.

perfect for mixing a couple of eggs

we don't use this for drinks, but to mix eggs. this is perfect for mixing 1 to 3 eggs very quickly and thoroughly. struggles with four eggs five eggs forget it. I know it's not designed for this. but it works perfectly and takes up a fraction of the storage space of a hand mixer. we leave it on the counter next to the stove in a large round bottomed coffee cup.
