Domaine de la Janasse dateert uit 1967 toen het werd opgericht door Aimé Sabon met 15 hectare wijngaard. De totale oppervlakte bedraagt nu 90 hectare en wordt momenteel gerund door zoon Christophe en zijn zus Isabelle. De wijngaarden liggen op een moeilijke ondergrond van kiezelsteen, zand en grote keien. De wijnstokken zijn 40 tot 80 jaar oud. De opbrengst is meestal minder dan 30 hl / ha als gevolg van strikte snoei en een strikte verkoopafstand. De grote doorbraak van Janasse kwam in 2007, toen hun Châteauneuf du Pape "Veilles Vignes" 100 punten Parker scoorde. Al hun wijnen scoren jaar na jaar uitstekend. De kwaliteit van dit domein is zo goed dat zelfs hun "gewone" Cotes-du-Rhone al een wereldwijde reputatie heeft! Door de moeilijke bodem worden de druiven uitsluitend met de hand geoogst. De Roussanne fermenteert en rijpt gedurende zeven maanden "sur lie" in eiken vaten (80 procent nieuw hout). De Grenache en Clairette fermenteren en rijping in foeders met geregelde battonage. Deze witte Chateauneuf du Pape heeft in de geur aroma's van marmelade, honing en abrikozen. In de mond elegantie, rijkdom en fruitigheid. De wijn heeft een rijpe textuur met tonen van citroenschil. In de afdronk een beetje zout en een aangename bitterheid en wat blijft hangen is een heerlijk blijvend gevoel van frisheid dat achterblijft.Shipping Notes

This paper prints beautifully!

Great sublimation paper. I usually use A Sub but ordered this because it delivered faster, and now this is the paper I’ll be using! It prints wonderfully! The ink release is amazing! There’s hardly any ink left in the paper and my shirts look incredible. The paper is a great weight and doesn’t jam at all. If you’ve been disappointed with your sub print quality, give this paper a try. You won’t be disappointed!
