I recently learned that fish can improve Skin health so it’s something i’ll look out for. The quality of the pills are great i’ve never once had one explode. Overall these are very effective. And they definitely affect your energy level in a positive way.

I was also pleased that the capsule size is small, especially compared to most fish oil capsules. What I wasn’t so happy about is the fairly minimal amount of Omega-3’s in each capsule (thus the smaller size). My bad - I should have looked at the label more carefully before ordering. I guess a person could take 3 or 4 a day to up the dosage, but that wouldn’t seem to be very cost effective.
