Rosso rubino intenso al calice. Al naso arrivano dapprima note floreali di rosa, poi fruttate di ribes e prugna, infine aromatiche di alloro e terziarie di legno carbonizzato. Il palato è di buon corpo e caldo, equilibrato e attraversato da una preziosa vena minerale. Ottima la lunghezza, con il retrogusto che ritorna sulle note del naso.A completa maturazione, le uve di aglianico e di piedirosso unite in un blend di pari proporzioni, sono raccolte, diraspate, pigiate e lasciate fermentare con una macerazione sulle bucce di circa trenta giorni. In seguito, il Costa d'Amalfi Furore Rosso Riserva, di Marisa Cuomo, matura per un anno in barrique nuove di rovere francese. Nasce nel cuore della costiera amalfitana, dove la viticoltura che si pratica è estrema ed eroica. Regala una pura essenza mediterranea, fatta di note organolettiche uniche e preziose. Aderisce, infine, al progetto Wine for Life, per cui una parte del ricavato della vendita viene donata alla Comunità di SantEgidio, che la utilizza per la lotta contro lAIDS.
Perfetto da abbinare alla cucina speziata e aromatica, è ottimo con il carrè di maiale al finocchietto selvatico.

It froths, but is not dependent

While this frother does “froth”, it has many more cons than pros. The ONLY pro is it froths. The cons—only good for a traditional coffee cup. It is not water proof, and the instructions say to keep the “unit “ dry. As you froth, the liquid naturally raises height. If you are trying to use a Togo coffee mug, or thermos type travel mug—it only works well if done it three or four levels to ensure keeping the motor above the liquid. The “rechargeable “ function DOES recharge, however- it may last 1use or a few. It’s VERY inconsistent. And does not seem to be related to how long you allow it to charge. Overall—not a good buy. I had mine maybe 3 months before it quit working. And at 2 months it started becoming spastic. Even after just being charged-it wouldn’t even froth 1cup. AVOID!!
