Al palato è fresco, sapido, appagante.Il Mitterberg Souvigner Gris IGT "Cécile" di Tenuta Ansitz-Dornach - Patrick Uccelli nasce da uve di una varietà Piwi - quindi resistente alla malattie fungine - allevate su terreni ricchi di porfido, a un'altitudine compresa fra i 310 e i 340 metri sul livello del mare. Macerato e poi affinato, per alcuni mesi, in tonneaux da 500 litri, è un vino dai profumi avvolgenti, con un finale lungo e balsamico, assolutamente da provare.
Ottimo in abbinamento a carni bianche e piatti speziati, è da provare anche con i formaggi erborinati.
