Maak de tuin compleet met de Laurierkers Genolia. Deze haagsoort zorgt voor een prachtig effect dankzij zijn lange, smalle bladeren. Deze groeien dicht op elkaar, waardoor er een volle haag ontstaat die de tuin uitstekend afschermt. De heg wordt ook wel de Prunus laurocerasus Genolia genoemd en kan witte bloemen krijgen, zolang hij op de juiste manier gesnoeid wordt. Het is bovendien een vruchtdragende haag die in het najaar kersenachtige vruchten krijgt. Zo zorgt hij direct voor meer kleur in de tuin.

Bijzonderheden Prunus laurocerasus Genolia
Niet te vroeg snoeien vanwege kans op vorstschade. Deze laurierhaag is winterhard. De Genolia is een smal opgaande, compacte groenblijvende haag. De glanzende bladeren van de Genolia zijn smaller en donkerder dan de meeste lauriersoorten. Door de snoei van de haag zal deze laurier weinig tot geen bloemen vormen. Verdraagt schaduw maar wordt mooier in het volle licht. Geschikt voor elke humusrijke vocht doorlatende omgeving.
