Anthurium is een populaire kamerplant die bekend staat om zijn prachtige hartvormige bloemen en glanzende, donkergroene bladeren. Afkomstig uit de tropische regio's van Zuid-Amerika, met name het Amazone regenwoud, gedijt Anthurium goed in warme en vochtige omgevingen. Het is inheems in landen zoals Colombia, Ecuador en Brazilië.

Het natuurlijke habitat van Anthurium geeft waardevol inzicht in de verzorgingseisen als kamerplant. Het geeft de voorkeur aan helder, indirect licht en gedijt bij temperaturen tussen de 60-85°F (15-29°C). Het is belangrijk om de grond constant vochtig te houden, maar niet overdreven verzadigd, omdat Anthuriums gevoelig zijn voor wortelrot. Met de juiste verzorging kan Anthurium een vleugje exotische schoonheid toevoegen aan binnenruimtes.
Om voor een Anthurium te zorgen, plaats het op een plek met halfschaduw, omdat het gedijt in indirect zonlicht. Basic Fundamentals of Astral Projection

This book is full of great information about Astral Projection that is presented in a straightforward manner. I have read many books and articles about this subject over the past 10 years. Many are full of scraps of insight that are glued together with abundant amounts of repetition and babble. Mr. Sylvan Muldoon, like many of the great occultists from the early 20th century, has created a work that will refresh the weary, "would-be" traveler by keeping his explanations short and concise. His theory on the astral body being ruled by the subconscious conveys why auto-suggestion is extremely important when attempting separation. He provides the traditional method of maintaining the hypnagogic state via the raised forearm of which Robert Monroe echoes in his own exercises 40 years later. His "Dream True" method is unique to any of the techniques that I have read about in the past. I cannot recommend this book enough for anyone who is attempting the art of Astral Projection.

This book is roughly a century old. With that comes a slightly different language but not one too difficult to follow.
