Over de wijnmaker

Altos de Tr3vejos is best een groot wijnhuis, naar Tenerifese maatstaven. Op zo’n 23 hectare verbouwen ze negen verschillende soorten druiven. De wijngaarden liggen in het zuiden van het eiland, waar het altijd een stukje warmer is dan in het noorden. Daarom liggen de wijngaarden hier ook op wat grotere hoogte: op zo’n 1.300 meter, aan de voet van de vulkaan El Teide. De eerste anderhalve meter van de bodem bestaat uit leem, maar daaronder zit het ruige vulkanische gesteente. Perfect om de druivenstok hard te laten werken om de allerbeste druiven te produceren.

I love little trays for random things. I saw this and had to get it. I ordered the black one. It came nicely packaged in a box that protected it from any damage during transport. It is approximately 8” x 8” x 1.6.” It is made of faux leather and MDF. It is supposedly water-resistant, but I have tested that. The interest in smooth, while the exterior walls have vertical ridges. The bottom is smooth. It’s heavy enough so it doesn’t side around.
