Il Primitivo di Manduria DOP “Sassirossi” 2015 è prodotto con uve coltivate ad alberello. Vinificazione con macerazione a temperatura controllata, l’affinamento è eseguito all’interno di tonneau francesi per almeno 8 mesi. Un rosso che raccolta del perfetto matrimonio tra il primitivo e il Salento, attraverso un riuscito bilanciamento tra potenza ed eleganza.

Adatto per accompagnare tutto il pasto, in particolare con primi conditi con sughi di carne, poi ancora con intingoli, stufati, carni rosse alla griglia e brasati.
