De Fleur du Cap Merlot bestaat uit honderd procent Merlot uit speciaal geselecteerde wijngaarden in Stellenbosch en Somerset-West. Het klimaat is daar mild. De wijngaarden liggen op het zuiden en oosten. Die ligging beschermt het fruit tegen de het late-middagzon. De verkoelende wind vanaf de Atlantische Oceaan zorgt voor verkoeling en een langzame, gelijkmatige rijping. De Stellenbosch-wijngaarden zijn ongeveer 15 jaar oud en liggen 210 tot 250 meter boven de zeespiegel. De Somerset-wijngaarden zijn ongeveer 8 jaar oud en liggen op 150 meter hoogte. De druiven worden medio-februari met de hand geoogst. Na de oogst worden de druiven geplet via een sorteertafel en gefermenteerd in roestvrijstalen tanks en kleine open fermentoren. Smaak- en tannine-extractie wordt dagelijks geëvalueerd en beheerd door handmatige punch-downs, pump-over en delestage. Na de gisting wordt de wijn afgevoerd zonder de harde persing. De wijn wordt daarna overgebracht naar Franse en Amerikaanse eikenhouten vaten voor malolactische gisting en liet achttien maanden rijpen. Strenge vatkeuze zorgt ervoor dat alleen de allerbeste componenten worden gemengd en gebotteld.Een krachtige wijn van Fleur du Cap
Dankzij de lange rijping ontwikkelde deze Merlot zich tot een krachtige wijn. In de geur is dat goed merkbaar, veel indrukken van kersen, bramen, groene kruiden en vanille. In de smaak heeft hij mooie rijpe tannines, veel kruiden en zwart fruit aangevuld met een klein beetje vanille, toast en eiken hout. Deze zachte, volle en fruitige Merlot past bij veel verschillende gerechten. Paté met kruidige compote, lasagne met broccoli, noten en gorgonzolasaus of bij couscous en rijpe kaas.Shipping Notes

Knot their Omega

It took me a day to really get into the book, there is a lot happening in the beginning of the story. I wish there was more of a time frame because I felt like something’s happened quickly but they were farther away than I thought so that was a little confusing to me. I felt like there was so much happening but also not enough.
As for the story itself I enjoyed it, it was different than other OV I’ve read. Bring the tissues, you will need them. They guys were great, I wish we saw more of Kai and Kenjis relationship. As for Nate…… IYKYK.
I enjoyed this book, my first from this author and look forward to reading about Kamaris story.

Has Potential, Poorly Executed

I really really wanted to enjoy this book and was looking forward to reading it. However there were just one too many convoluted plot points, sentences just did not flow nicely at times, and I was left with a lot of confusion on my end. I think it has the bones of being a great story but seems like it was rushed and I had to push myself to finish the last of the book and was left with an unsatisfying ending. It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.

Wow.

Okay I’m usually not one for stand-alone’s I’m an avid series reader but my goodness am I so happy I read this! This story was brilliant & so absolutely mesmerizing. I loved reading about each character and their struggles as well as what helped them to move forward. The ending definitely brought tears to my eyes so hard. I truly wasn’t expecting some of what happened in this story. There is about to be a spoiler I am going to reveal so please stop reading if you don’t want the spoiler !!!! ⚠️ ⛔️ ‼️
I loved that the author didn’t do what most authors do with irredeemable male characters. I truly was hoping that Nate Jr. would be apart of the pack after the way he treated Astrea bc he truly didn’t deserve it. Though I must say you did a wonderful job or redeeming him as a person. I cried my eyes out when he walked into the story. I was truly terrified he was going to be a bad guy to the end. However you truly did him such a justice by having him realize his faults & having him redeem himself in the most wonderful way. I’m so sad that he didn’t get to hear how much his brother loved him & forgave him before dying. But again you wrote that ending so beautifully & I just can’t express how much I loved this story & how you took a different route than most authors I have read have. You are a remarkable author Cinder Blaze & I thank you generously for creating such a masterpiece.

Omegaverse

I was pleasantly surprised by this omega verse book. This 1 definitely had a few new twists And I really enjoyed reading it. The main female character was a badass and awesome. She had 1 best friend I wish we could have seen a little bit more of their friendship in this book. Her relationship with the male characters was good not to contrived or super instantaneous. And we had some fun plot twists that I didn't expect. I wish we had more of a follow up on the situation with her family her background and her mother who was a wench. I would definitely recommend this book.
