Sirio van Mendittorosa is een moderne geur voor vrouwen en mannen. De geur werd gelanceerd in 2018 en gecreëerd door Amélie Bourgeois. Deze geur combineert fris fruit, zachte bloemen en warme houtsoorten met een zachte muskusbasis. Daardoor voelt hij elegant, zacht en eigentijds aan.

Vanaf de eerste spray voelt Sirio helder en licht wrang. Tegelijkertijd ontwikkelt de geur zich tot een zacht bloemig hart en een warme houtachtige basis. Daarom is hij perfect voor mensen die houden van zachte, moderne nichegeuren met een verfijnd karakter.

Topnoten – Fris en fruitig

In de opening begint de geur met knapperige appel en zure rabarber. Deze noten zorgen voor een sappige maar licht groene frisheid. Witte musk voegt een schone, luchtige zachtheid toe. Samen vormen ze een lichte en verfrissende opening.

While the queen was there her and King Solomon became very close and when the Queen of Sheba returned to Ethiopia she had King Solomon's baby. Menelik I may have been King Solomon's son. Some believe that when Menelik I when to visit his father, King Solomon, Menelik returned to Ethiopia with the Ark of the Covenant. Some believe that the ark is hidden away in some Ethiopian monastery, still today. There is still a lot of Ethiopia's history left for you to learn about by reading this book.

Informative, compact history of rulers, religion and struggles.

This book is well written. It filled out my knowledge of Ethiopia, which was mostly that it was isolated from neighbors and most empires. I had heard of biblical contacts, two Italian invasions, civil wars and famines. In this book I learned of contacts with ancient Rome, Byzantium, the Ottomans, and Arabs. Trade carried on the silk road, and by sea. There was influence of Judaism, Islam and competing Christian sects. The sequence of leaders were covered as well as how they came to power. Many conflicts are covered, insurrections and invasions. The Haile Selassie period is covered, as well as his downfall. Then the military period is covered, with communism and factionalism. Finally the recent period is covered,up to the present civil wars of 2022. I would recommend this compact book, for anyone planning a visit, or wanting background knowledge.
