- Spoel de siliconen borstelkop kort af met water voor gebruik.
- Breng een beetje (erwt-groot) schuimtandpasta aan op de voorkant én achterkant.
- Plaats de borstel in de mond en zorg dat hij goed op de tanden aansluit.
- Beweeg zachtjes heen en weer zodat alle tanden worden bereikt.
- Spoel na gebruik goed af met water en droog de borstel af.
