De diepe granaatrode kleur belooft al veel goeds. Zodra je de fles opent, komt een complex aroma je tegemoet: warme kaneel, zoete kersenjam en een hint van walnoot. In de mond ervaar je een volle, rijke smaak. Denk aan rijp zwart fruit, aangevuld met zachte tonen van vanille en een vleugje koffie. Dit is een wijn die indruk maakt, maar je tegelijkertijd uitnodigt voor de volgende slok.

Deze Ripasso is een meester in combineren. Hij schittert naast stevige gerechten zoals rundvlees, wild en rijke stoofpotten. Een biefstuk, lamsvlees of zelfs een wild zwijn gerecht? Perfect!
