Pietroso Brunello di Montalcino 2018Deze wijn bestaat voor 100% uit Sangiovese. In de eerste week van oktober worden de druiven handmatig geoogst. De gisting vind plaats onder de invloed van de natuurlijk aanwezige gisten. Daarna vind de verweking plaats bij een temperatuur van 30C 33C. Dit duurt ongeveer 20 dagen en de most wordt regelmatig geperst. De wijn rijpt 36 maanden in eikenhouten vaten en daarna nog 6 maanden op de fles. De wijn heeft een robijnrode kleur met granaat rode
De wijn heeft een robijnrode kleur met granaat rode reflecties. In de neus intense en aanhoudende aroma's van geurend hout, bosgrond, klein rood fruit en hints van vanille en jam. De wijn heeft een droog mondgevoel en toch ook warm, elegant en harmonieus met een lange aromatische finish.
