Toepassing van het product
- Geschikt voor het storten van cementdekvloer met en zonder vloerverwarming.
- Cementgebonden gietmortel voor gebruik als hechtmortel op beton, steen en cementgebonden ondergronden.
- Best te gebruiken in combinatie met gewapend gaas als niet-klevend of zwevend vloersysteem.
- toepasbaar op zwaluwstaartplaten, alleen voor vloertoepassingen in gebruiksklasse A (residentieel gebruik).
- Van 3 tot 10 cm laagdiktes.
- Enkel voor binnentoepassing.
Wanneer is vloeibare zandcement beloopbaar?
Let op! Beloopbaar is iets anders dan belegbaar.
Tijdens de verwerking moet de vloer worden beschermd tegen tocht en direct zonlicht. Nadat de vloer beloopbaar is, ventileert u de kamer. Afhankelijk van temperatuur, laagdikte en droogcondities is de vloer beloopbaar in circa 1 tot 2 dagen en kan deze in 3 tot 6 weken worden afgewerkt (afhankelijk van de vloerafwerking).
Indicatie droging: 1 cm per week.
Afwerken
Vloeibare zandcement VZC 3 – 10 cm dient bij voorkeur met vloerbekleding, zoals tegels, tapijt, laminaat etc. te worden afgewerkt.
Toch de vloer afwerken met een PVC vloer of coating? Kies dan voor één van onze egalisaties.
Afschot mee creëeren?
Het is zeker mogelijk om afschot te creëren met VCZ. Gebruik dan circa 2,25 liter schoon leidingwater per 20 kg.
Aandachtspunten
- Weber Vloeibaar zandcement VZC® 3 – 10 cm mag nooit gemengd worden met andere producten.
- Gebruik nooit meer water dan aangegeven, te veel water leidt tot vermindering van de producteigenschappen.
- De temperatuur van de ondergrond en omgeving dient tijdens het gieten en gedurende één week na het gieten boven de 5°C te zijn.
- Ramen en openingen moeten gesloten zijn tijdens de verwerking om een te snelle uitdroging van de mortelspecie te voorkomen. Voorkom tocht, direct zonlicht en hoge temperaturen; deze veroorzaken overmatige (plastische) drogingskrimp die kan leiden tot scheurvorming. Nadat de vloer beloopbaar is, de ruimte ventileren.
- Geforceerde droging gedurende de eerste drie weken kan leiden tot mogelijke spanningen met krimpscheuren tot gevolg.
- Niet aanbrengen op vloerverwarming in werking. Schakel de vloerverwarming 48 uur van tevoren uit. Bij het opnieuw inschakelen dient de opstartprocedure te worden gevolgd.
- Niet geschikt voor industriële en buiten toepassingen.
- Niet gebruiken op vloeren die voortdurend nat zijn of onderhevig aan opstijgend vocht.
- Weber Vloeibare zandcement® heeft geen constructieve functie.

Hard As Rock When Cold

These are good pillows except they get hard as a rock when the temps go below 65F and take 10-20 minutes to warm up at bedtime.
Not ideal where the winters are colder or for someone with cervical spine issues.

LUXURIOUS, just like it says

I used My Pillows for years which needed constant fluffing throughout the night until they just became useless. Since they became useless, I would always wake in the middle of the night with terrible headaches and my head would be sore all over, throbbing like a boil. I couldn’t stand anything to touch my any part of my head while these headaches occurred. One night almost a week ago I was awake in pain and couldn’t sleep. I started googling for a solution, a pillow that would support a human head, basically a bowling ball. After several products which kept sending me to Amazon, I stumbled upon this pillow. I read all of the reviews. Many compared it to a “luxurious hotel pillow”. So I waited and got them within less than 48 hours. It was a thin box so I wasn’t expecting much. They were vacuum sealed, I opened them and allowed about an hour for them to fully expand. They were comprised of memory foam and down alternative like “luxurious hotel pillows”. They were heavy too. I tried to fluff it for maximum feel. It was extremely firm and I wasn’t able to actually fluff or reform it in any manner really. I could feel the down alternative filling surrounding this semi hard center ( the memory foam I guess) and I fluffed as much as possible. I had difficulty getting it into my pillow case, which was fine to me. It just made me anticipate this perfect looking pillow. I had been suffering with these headaches due to inferior pillows, I couldn’t wait. I laid down and put my bowling ball head on it! It completely supported my head. I normally like my pillow to conform around my neck and shoulders to allow a straight alignment with my head. My head was slightly up, but hey this felt great!!! I could feel the down alternative filler cushioning my head with the firm memory foam in the middle. I could not wait to try it that night. Night comes and I’m excited to see if I can sleep through the night finally without waking with those terrible headaches. I slept almost all through the night except for going to the bathroom once!! And my head wasn’t hurting nor did it feel like a boil!! I was ecstatic to say the least. I know there are people just like me searching for relief. If you can tolerate a firm pillow you can’t go wrong with these pillows. You get two for a great price! I just wish I hadn’t wasted hundreds on My Pillows for all my bedrooms a few months ago. I will be replacing all the pillows in my home with these WONDERFUL pillows!!!

Really Happy With These Pillows!

**Review: Really Happy With These Pillows!**
I purchased these pillows and couldn’t be happier!
First – they’re cool on *both* sides—finally! I’m not sure why that’s so rare (probably to cut costs), but these actually have cooling material on both sides, and it works really well.
Second – the venting around the center helps keep them from getting hot at night. A nice touch that makes a difference for hot sleepers.
However, the third feature is the best: the filling. Like many adjustable pillows, you can add or remove the fill, and these come with a small extra bag. The base amount was just right for most people. I had to remove some for my wife but added a bit more to mine. The fill itself is excellent—soft but supportive. You sink into it, but don’t hit bottom.
These pillows also have a good weight to them, so they don’t feel cheap. They fluff up great and seem very well made. I followed the recommended dryer run when I first received them and had no odor issues at all.
Highly recommend!
