Nato nel 1982, è prodotto solo nelle migliori annate e il suo gusto internazionale, dovuto all'affinamento in piccole botti di legno francese, gli ha assicurato, negli anni, notevoli successi. Vino di grande struttura, si distingue per classe ed eleganza.
Ottimo in abbinamento alla selvaggina e alle carni rosse, si sposa bene anche con i formaggi stagionati.
