Gebruik
1 tablet per dag, in te nemen een half uur voor het slapengaan.Magnesium kan een laxerende werking hebben. Groene thee:Maximale dosis ECGC is 800 mg per dag. Works when working outside and heavy activities

I use it as an Amazon delivery driver, and it works in the heat and sweat is no issue it does last for 2 hours. Reapplying it is extremely easy, no burns or sun damage to my skin. I can tell you it works cause I’m recovering from skin cancer and it works no problems or anything.

Just ok - very thick, so difficult to apply evenly. I use this for outdoor cycling and it works, but it's so thick that it tends to clump instead of smoothly covering the skin.

Can't beat the 8 ounce sprays.

Fantastic product. The scent is great, and the sun protection excellent. But the best thing is the fact that each of the two sprays contain 8 ounces of product for a total of 16 ounces at a very reasonable price.
