De vanilletaartjes hebben twee zachte biscuits met citroensiroop in hartvorm en worden bedekt met een romige opgeklopte ganache van witte chocolade met biologische vanille en zijn gevuld met een huisgemaakte bosvruchtenconfit en verse bosvruchten zoals aardbeien, blauwe bessen, bramen en frambozen. Bovenop worden de taartjes gedecoreerd met gesuikerde rozenblaadjes, verse bosvruchten en frambozen chocolade parels.

Luxe chocoladetaartjes

De chocoladetaartjes hebben twee zachte chocoladebiscuits met vanillesiroop in hartvorm en zijn bedekt met een romige opgeklopte melk chocolade ganache en zijn gevuld met een rood fruitconfit en vers rood fruit zoals aardbeien en frambozen. Bovenop worden de taartjes gedecoreerd met vers rood fruit en chocolade parels.

Framboisier

Deze luxe frambozentaartjes worden gemaakt met een zachte crème légère (een banketbakkersroom met opgeklopte slagroom), een huisgemaakte frambozenconfit en verse frambozen. Bovenop ligt een vanillehart van opgeklopte ganache van witte chocolade met biologische vanille met verse frambozen en knapperige frambozen chocoladeparels.
