Het landgoed van Iuzzolini beslaat een oppervlakte van ongeveer 500 hectare, 100 hectare daarvan is aangelegd als gespecialiseerde wijngaard, 50 hectare aan eeuwenoude olijfgaarden, 100 hectare als bouwland en het overige deel bestaat uit weilanden en bossen. Het hele gebied is gezegend met een mediterraan klimaat, met hete droge zomers en korte regenachtige winters: de ideale omstandigheden voor de teelt van druiven en olijven.
