Hij is zo licht dat je bijna niet kan zien dat het een ros is, net een blanc de Noir. De wijn is heel licht, vol en een medium vet,

St Chinian ligt boven aan de Languedoc en is eigenlijk bekend door de forse en erg stevige rode wijnen! Ik heb via via gehoord dat dit domein begonnen is met een rijke Engelsman en een Bordelais in 2015 met maar één doel: fantastische en verrassende wijnen maken... Deze rosé wijn heb ik gelijk geproefd en... wat een verrassing! Hij is zo licht dat je bijna niet kan zien dat het een rosé is, net een blanc de Noir. De wijn is heel licht, vol en een medium vet, mooi in balans, schoon, rijk en ongelofelijk lekker. Eén van de meest verrassende rosé's die ik ooit gedronken heb! En waarom? Omdat je twee wijnen tegelijk aan het drinken bent! Na een slok denk je dat het een heerlijk witte wijn is, en de volgende slok geniet je enorm van een erg bijzondere rosé.

Deze wijn kan van alles hebben, maar mijn favoriete is Zalm in 3 peper gecarameliseerde korst en citrus
