Wijnhuis Voche is een wijnhuis waar onze vinologen maar wat gek op zijn. Een uitgesproken wijnhuis welke opvalt in kwaliteit en smaak. Geen allemansvriendje, maar een glas wijn waar de Rioja goed te herkennen is. De Rioja is een van de meest vooraanstaande wijngebieden van Spanje. Echter zijn het normaal de rode wijnen uit de Rioja die hoge ogen gooien. Dit maal eens wat anders: een witte wijn. Voche Rioja Blanco Fermentado en Barrica is voor degene die eens wat anders wil proberen. De wijngaarden van Voche liggen er adembenemend bij. Waar het normaliter vooral Graciano en tempranillo is wat de klok slaat, heeft de wijnmaker van Voche voor deze wijn voor twee andere druivenrassen gekozen. De internationale knaller Chardonnay en de Viura weten zich ook op de wijngronden in de Rioja goed te vermaken. Het resultaat is deze Voche Rioja Blanco Fermentado en Barrica, waar de kracht en de smaak van beide druiven goed te herkennen is.Hoe smaakt deze Voche Rioja wijn
Een bijzondere wijn. Een aanrader voor de fijnproever. Zodra de kurk van de fles Voche Rioja Blanco Fermentado en Barrica gaat, kunnen jouw zintuigen direct aan het werk. Zet je schrap voor een verfrissend doch complex aroma. Nuances van grapefruit, limoen, granny smith en wit fruit zijn goed te herkennen. Zelfs een piepklein pepertje is achterin de neus goed te herkennen. Dit peperige karakter straalt ook goed door in de smaak. Dit is mede te danken aan de subtiele houtlagering welke deze Voche Rioja Blanco Fermentado en Barrica ondergaat. Great book for learning about startup culture.

I had this book for a while did not have the chance to read as soon as I got it. Recently finished reading it and learned a lot of great things about startup terminology and how to be fast and how to iterate things in a right way, how to go deep in the problem. Identify pain points for the problem etc. Overall great teacher for anybody who wants to get grasp of a being in startup world.
