De Inventum koude zone friteuse GF645 F heeft een inhoud van 4 liter en een vermogen van 3000 watt. De temperatuur stel je gemakkelijk in met de draaiknoppen, tot maximaal 190°C. De friteuse is voorzien van een uitneembare binnenpan met geëmailleerde coating, een filter systeem en een rvs behuizing. Het verwarmingselement hangt direct in het vloeibare frituurvet. Daardoor reageert de temperatuursensor veel sneller dan bij een traditionele friteuse. De frites schroeien snel dicht en worden extra knapperig. Je hebt geen last meer van frituurlucht door het handige anti-reukfilter. Om het filteren van het frituurvet te vereenvoudigen, is deze friteuse voorzien van een oliefilter.
