De BLUESTAR A2 en BLUESTAR A3 zijn alternatieven voor alle actieve mensen die de 52,5° onderlaag van de BLUESTAR A1 te hard vinden of liever een iets zachtere onderlaag hebben. De nieuwe modellen zijn verkrijgbaar met sponshardheden van 50° (BLUESTAR A2) en 47,5° (BLUESTAR A3). Natuurlijk gebruiken ook deze versies de technologie die doorslaggevend is voor de BLUESTAR, die de spons met kleine poriën zo bijzonder maakt: Optimized Energy Sponge (OPTE) zet de norm op het gebied van elasticiteit en dempingsniveau. A Great Filter (Installed on a 2014 Acura RDX)
I installed this on a 2015 Acura RDX and it has been a fine replacement for the original air filter. The filter offers a good value and resembles the filter that it replaced and seems to be an equivalent replacement in every way. It fit into the housing perfectly and was just as easy to replace as the original filter was. The white color of the filter also makes it easy to see if an excess of dirt has built up on the filter.
I'd recommend this filter. The materials are good, it offers equivalent functionality, and great value for the money.

Excellent quality and price
The picture above is of two different brand engine air filters. One is a Fram Extra Guard and the other is the KAX filter, which costs half as much. Can you tell which one is the cheaper KAX filter? There may be a difference in material that is not visible, but they feel and look the same. It seems like a safe bet to try out the KAX and see how well it performs/lasts.

Just Right
Fits just right. The paper filter material seems to be the same quality as the brand name filter I took out with the only percievable difference is price and packaging. One nice thing here is that once taken out of the box, the filter is wrapped in light weight plastic so you don't get the new filter dirty when taking out the old one. Just unwrap it prior to installation for a clean install. Hope this helps.

Same Quality, Cheaper Price!
Fits exactly as it should (2018 Acura RDX) and performs as well as any other brand I've used over the years. Construction and material quality appear as good as (or better) than any other off-the-shelf brand. I have no qualms about using this brand in the future and saving money doing so, compared to other brands.
