Slim en energiezuinig koken

Koken op inductie wordt extra efficiënt door de TriplInduc technologie. Zo bespaar je tot 30 procent energie en houd je altijd controle over de temperatuur. De kookpannen hebben een speciale gietrand en deksels, zodat je netjes kunt afgieten zonder geknoei en lekker zuinig kookt. De gelaste grepen van roestvrij staal liggen stevig in de hand en zijn extra hygiënisch. Klaar met koken en opruimen. Dankzij Silvinox verkleurt het staal niet en kun je de set probleemloos in de vaatwasser reinigen.

Controle bij sauzen en delicate bereidingen

De conische sauteuse is ideaal voor mousseline, bearnaise, sabayon en glanzende karamel. De ronde binnenkant laat je makkelijk roeren en luchtig opkloppen. Het unieke materiaal met 7 lagen tot aan de rand verdeelt warmte volledig. Zo is de kans op schiften of aanbranden kleiner en bereik je sneller het gewenste resultaat met minder energie. Memories of the Camino

First off, I have to say that my husband and I know Angela, the author. We met her because she is a neighbor of my sister, living in Hawaii. We discovered that she planned to walk the Camino de Santiago de Compostela the same year we were (2016) ! On a visit to Hawaii, we met with Angela and did a little local hike together. Reading Angela Leslee's book gives you the personal story of her "camino," and it is captivating. The changes that take place in her life - the discoveries she makes, the people she meets, the failures she feels, the fears, the habits that get broken (such as food choices!) - all make for an adventure that is life-changing and an interesting read. For anyone considering this pilgrimage, because that's what it is, this book will inspire you. You don't need to be part of a "group." You don't need a lot of plans. You do need to be prepared to be changed. The memory for myself and my husband is that it is the best shared experience we have had together in our 50 years of marriage! Angela's book brought back so many wonderful memories for us. I highly recommend this book.
